think about it. if we do our best, we will just leave the rest to above. if we did not do our best, we will be shortchanging of what's best to come. its the same. sometimes, we are afraid of this, afraid of that, what's important is we should do our best in whatever roles or situations we are in and leave the rest to the One above.
