yay! jia has scanned our neoprints! :) went out with jia, aloy and huiying last sat for a dinner. about neoprints, wah, God knows how many years i have not taken neoprints man! it was really fun taking neoprints again, though we pay like 11 bucks for it?! -_-" nonetheless, it was so much fun, roaming around inside to pose for the 3 different cameras.

about the trio, they have worked hard in the Youth Media team. a little intro about them: jia- our queen for Youth Media team, she is our sound woman too! her vision and thirst for God is much bigger than her size! :) aloy- our MM guy! you got to see him in action. he's serious in being excellent for God. huiying- our ah gurl in MM female team, very bubbly and cheerful, always ready to serve. what a team! if God dont bless this team, where else man?! :) and here i am, i'm so blessed to serve with them. its so encouraging and visionary!

wanted so much to nap just now when i got home from a catch up with ruth. failed to fall asleep, might be the effect from a cup of kopi- o. checked out my modules for my final semester. honestly, i'm having mixed feelings about it- cant wait to graduate yet not quite looking forward to these modules, abit tough. nonetheless, i want to have a positive heart towards it.

till then, i'm gonna really enjoy my last week of holidays. a great week ahead- makans with evelyn, shirls and gang, livi, debbie and co, durians treat, lotsa swimmings and runnings to do.

a recent meetup with one of my sheep had left me a deeper crave for God's presence in my life. i was sitting there listening, woah manz, i really want to have a deeper yearning for God in my life. so thirsty.

"O God, you are my God, earnestly i seek you; my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water." Psalms 63: 1

just got home from a well- spent dinner with my family at sakae. it was a belated father day celebration. what i really enjoyed about the dinner was a changed attitude towards it. i made up my mind that i want to go there to be an encourager, having a cheerful attitude. all in all, i wanted my dad to enjoy and be happy. during the dinner, i took a few chances to talk with my ah yi and wang yi. it was good! and i really like these small victories in my life! :) we went for a walk at the supermarket together and wow, its been such long time since i strolled with my family, buying groceries together. thank you Lord! :) Lord, i want to take more steps in building closer relationship with my family. its so exciting!

fashion tip

was so blessed by pastor Christie's sermon during the weekend. she shared a fashion tip too! Colossians 3: 12, "...clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience." how often, we tend to focus on beautifying ourselves with fashion clothes and accessories, little did we pay attention to decorate our inner being, our character. our character is the most important thing to work on, because God looks at the inward attitudes than the outward appearance. soon to touch 24, it's very normal for a young lady to look nice and pretty, to go shopping on street for clothes and accessories. yet, i was reminded that i should focus more on working on my character- building.

to fellow young ladies out there, its definately okay to dress up presentably on the outside, yet, work on the more important one - continue to work on your inner beauty - building of your character. inner beauty will be something your future someone will be attracted to next time too! hoho! :)

my close pal, si min flew off last thursday to melbourne for her masters studies program. glad that i was able to see her off. dragged myself out of a one and a half nap, flagged a cab at 6am to go to airport. min, take care of yourself there and yea, i'll visit your blog often too! *winkz

welcome to my life

shuz' day- to- day is pretty simple. welcome people. this post, i shall share some of the usual things i do in my ministry, in my past time.

its auto sign- in whenever i switched on my pc. msn. sitting handsomely in my display picture is snoopy, my recent new love. snoopy is cute. as you can see (or maybe you can't, its too small), am currently chatting with debster, arranging youth camp stuffs.
living in singapore, or rather, in the 21st century, its hard to miss this guy out - the electronic mail box. simply known as the emails. on an average, my mailbox received around 15 to 20 emails per day. and of course, needless to say, sundays are the free-est. zero emails at most times, cause its usually the end of a week. and needless to say again, mondays are the packed-est, can go up to 25 emails on that monday blues! *gasps*
love my itunes. its playing top 25 most played tunes. currently in number one position, "alone" by kenny g, played 147 times.

this week's service cuesheet. these cuesheets are sent out weekly to the people involved in the services. sneak preview: this week, we will have dennis and ziying as service leaders, gwen as praise and worship leader, shuz as stage manager.

something new for this week, i'm co- teaching with dennis in the interpersonal effectiveness wfl class. have looked through the notes during the day, will look through again tomorrow morning.

just came back from seeing eelee off at airport. saw and talked with familiar faces, gloria, yanyan, tingting, jency, christine, aaron, alanzo, weikoon, etc...
tonight i shall have a good rest before i hit the park with yiyou tomorrow morning. catching a lunch with philo later on too. its really exciting to be in God's house. people are valuable to God. we're in a people's business.
